On the third Saturday of each month, Utah’s Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services (DABS) releases its allocated and rare high-demand products. These products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at designated stores. The stores selected are typically based on sales volume, with the top 8-10 stores receiving the allocated and rare high-demand products. Customers are limited to one product per transaction.
Utah’s next release date for allocated and rare high-demand products will be August 17th. A list of the released products is published the week before.

- 1792 12-year Bourbon
- 1792 Sweet Wheat Bourbon
- Elijah Craig Rye Toased Barrell
- Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Bourbon
- Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Rye Whiskey
- Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Wheated Bourbon
Although it is unlikely that all the above-listed bourbons will be released in August, they are currently in Utah’s inventory pending distribution and we may see them in stores soon.
